- The contest is organized by Celmonze Sdn. Bhd. (“Organizer”) and is open to all Celmonze Malaysia Royalty Rewards Club members who are residents of Malaysia, aged 18 years and above, except for employee of the Organizer, including their immediate family members, their business partners, affiliated companies, suppliers/ distributors, promotion / advertising / public relations agencies and other parties involved in this Contest..
- The campaign duration is from 24th April 2024, 12pm to 30th June 2024, 11.59pm.
- The Organizer has the rights to cancel or change the closing date of the Contest Period as well as to alter the contest mechanics at anytime without notice.
- To participate in the lucky draw, members must redeem entries using the provided voucher named “Lucky Draw – Dyson Airstrait™ straightener (100PTS)” in the Celmonze Malaysia App. Each voucher redemption equals one entry into the lucky draw..
- There is no limit to the number of entries a member can redeem. The more entries redeemed, the higher the chances of winning.
- The lucky draw prize is one Dyson Airstrait™ straightener, valued at RM2599.
Points redeemed for entries in the lucky draw are not refundable.
- Selection of winner:-
- The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
- The winner will be announced on Celmonze Malaysia’s official social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and XHS) in July 2024.
- The winner will be contacted via the contact details provided in their Celmonze Malaysia Royalty Rewards Club membership profile.
- The prize must be collected by the winner at their preferred Celmonze Malaysia outlet within fourteen (14) days of notification. Failure to collect the prize within this period may result in disqualification, and Organizer reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
- By participating in this lucky draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the lucky draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Organizer’s control. Any changes to the lucky draw will be notified to participants as soon as possible by Organizer.
- In case of any dispute, Organizer’s decision shall be final.
- By participating in this lucky draw, participants agree to allow Organizer to use their name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- The lucky draw prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
- By redeeming entries for the lucky draw, participants acknowledge that they meet the eligibility criteria and agree to these terms and conditions.
